The countries of the European Union have identical requirements in their laws for using the child restraint systems. The use of the child restraint systems in the European Union is obligatory. The child restraint system in Europe must satisfy the UN ECE Regulation No.: 44.04. The laws specifying requirements for the child restraint systems of other than European countries may differ. If you are outside the EU, contact the respective national institution or your car dealer.
